Building The Brand Called YOU
Learn more about how your WHAT, your HOW, and your WHY influence your personal brand. We will explore the different types of results we deliver during the course of our careers, the importance of emotional intelligence, and how to remain open to new opportunities during times of change.
Planning For What Matters
We hear so much about "a written financial plan.” Are we on track to retire when and how we want to? Lisa and Harp will walk through an interactive financial plan and show you how small changes now can make a big difference at retirement time.
Curiosity – the Secret to Leadership
Curiosity is the secret elixir to great leadership and thriving cultures. Our leaders are the reflection of the organization’s culture. In this session participants will learn the neuroscience of curiosity, why it drives innovation and problem solving and gain new techniques to lead with curiosity to accelerate business outcomes. This session is engaging, educational and humorous.
Male Allies Panel
Men can play an important role in promoting gender equality, creating an inclusive environment in the workplace, challenging bias and supporting work-life balance. By bringing together men who are actively engaged in advocating for women, this panel discussion will foster dialogue, share experiences, and inspire others to become allies.
The Courage to Be Your Authentic Self
Fear is at the root of so many obstacles that women face, including global icon Sheryl Sandberg, founder of LeanIn.Org and former Facebook COO. "Fear of not being liked. Fear of making the wrong choice. Fear of drawing negative attention. Fear of overreaching. Fear of being judged. Fear of failure,“ Sandberg said. Who would you be if you weren’t afraid? Learn how this diverse panel of female leaders overcame imposter syndrome and more, by becoming their authentic selves.
