In this empowering session, we took the familiar SWOT analysis tool and reframed it as a personal mindset strategy. Instead of focusing on what holds you back, we learned to spotlight our strengths and rewire our perspective, and we walked away with a simple yet powerful method to challenge imposter syndrome. AI is everywhere — in our workplaces, communities, schools -even our homes- but here’s the catch: it’s being built, trained, and deployed in ways that don’t always work for us.
