The Power of Mentoring: Building Relationships That Move Us Forward

Great mentors can shape our careers, challenge our perspectives, and help us see possibilities we may not see in ourselves. But how do we find the right mentor, make the most of the relationship, and know when we need a mentor versus a sponsor? Join us for an engaging panel discussion exploring the power of formal and informal mentoring, the art of being a great mentee, and the importance of building meaningful professional connections at every stage of your career. Our panelists will share personal experiences, honest insights, and practical advice to help you grow your network, advocate for yourself, and pay it forward by investing in the success of other women.

Say the Thing: Lightening the Burden of Hard Conversations

Give feedback that lands, not lingers. This session will focus on how to use the SBI (Situation-Behavior-Impact) model to deliver clear, specific feedback without over-explaining or softening it into mush. You will learn how to walk into a hard conversation with a plan and a framework to structure a difficult conversation, start to finish. After this session, you will be able to recognize how the stories we tell ourselves make conversations feel heavier than they need to be, and practice a more direct, less loaded way in.

Less Hustle, More Genius

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, how do we focus on what matters most? Drawing on Kendra Adachi's The Lazy Genius philosophy and its 13 principles, this session explores a more intentional approach to productivity, priorities, and everyday decisions. Learn how to spend your energy where it counts, release unnecessary expectations, and build habits that support both your professional goals and personal values. We’ll do some real life problem solving, so come ready to troubleshoot your biggest pain points!

Women’s Wellness:

Hormone Health & Mind + Body Wellness

Providing a clear guide for women in midlife and an evidence-based guide to perimenopause and menopause - what the transition actually is, the wide range of symptoms it causes, and the treatments that work. It tackles the biggest source of fear head-on by explaining what the Women's Health Initiative really showed about hormone therapy and breast cancer, and reviews the full menu of options, from hormonal and non-hormonal medications to therapies for genitourinary symptoms and low sexual desire.
