From mental and emotional health to physical activity and overall well‑being, this event celebrates wellness in all its forms. Join us for a women‑centered wellness gathering designed to inspire the mind, heart, and body. This laid‑back event invites you to come as you are in relaxed active attire while listening to inspiring speakers discuss whole‑body health—mind, heart, and movement. Connect, reflect, and recharge in a supportive environment, and enjoy plenty of puppy love to make the experience even more joyful!
