This 90-minute workshop gives women leaders a space to reconnect with their authentic presence, manage their energy with intention, and honor the full scope of their emotions without being overwhelmed by them. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be “on” in a way that feels aligned rather than performative, and how to intentionally turn “off” to restore your mind, body, and nervous system. Through simple somatic practices, emotional intelligence tools, and reflective exercises, participants will learn how to regulate their internal state in an unpredictable and stressful world. This session is designed to help women lead with clarity, groundedness, and self-trust—without abandoning their emotional truth or burning out in the process.
